Maude House is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our working accessibility standard. Our ongoing efforts include using clear page structure, readable text and color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive alternative text, labeled forms, and captions or transcripts where appropriate.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Although we work to improve the usability of the website, some content or third-party integrations may not yet provide the same level of accessibility. We do not control the accessibility of third-party platforms, but we welcome reports of barriers involving those tools.

• The page address or content you were trying to access.
• A brief description of the issue.
• The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible format and address the issue. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within five business days.
