In your plan

Marketing Management

The proactive side of your marketing. We think ahead so you don't have to.

Strategy meetings

Time with your marketing lead, usually weekly. Every meeting is a strategy session: what's working, what's next, how to be better.

Monthly content plan

Four blog topics mapped to the questions your clients search, with dates on your calendar.

SEO and AEO blogs

Up to one a week, published on your site, built to help you show up in Google and AI answers.

Recurring email communications

Your monthly newsletter, plus optional market reports and holiday or key-date campaigns.

Blogs are optional

If you'd rather skip them, your hours go down. Blogs, the Presence Audit, and social media are what build search visibility, so we recommend them.

Investment estimate

Answer a few questions and your quote builds itself on the right. No email, no forms, no follow-up. What you see is your estimate.

1 Where's your brand today?
2 How often would you like to meet with your marketing lead?

This is where we plan new projects, ideas, and strategy together. We recommend weekly for every plan, even smaller ones. It keeps everything running smoothly, and the small details of your business are often what inspire your best content.

3 Do you want to show up at the top when people search your market, on Google and in AI tools?
How many blogs a month?
4 Which emails would you like us to send to your sphere?
5 Do you want a listing marketing suite for each new listing?

When you get a new listing, you send us the intake form and we build its full launch: listing copy, a Just Listed email, a postcard, social posts, print pieces like a feature sheet, and brokerage submissions. Everything is ready to go out on a set schedule, usually within 2 business days.

How many new listings in a typical month?
Which sounds most like your listings?
6 How much new design do you need most months?
7 Would you like us to run your social media too?

We plan, design, and post your social every week from the same strategy as your blogs and listings: blog carousels, listing pushes, lifestyle posts, a weekly story, and Google Business posts, across up to six platforms. You send the photos and any video.

Social media add-on

Starts at $1,800 a month for three posts a week, or $2,200 for four, on top of your retainer. Predictable, because the system is.

Design-only projects

Brand and design work can also be booked on its own, with a flat project price and no retainer.

Going over

Great ideas happen. When a request goes past your hours, we tell you before we start, price it from the Marketing Menu, and bill it at the end of the month. Overage is billed at your retainer rate. Rush work follows our rush policy above.

Working with us

You can, and some teams have one alongside us. Here's the difference. Maude House is a lab. Every system we use has been built, tested, and refined across many luxury teams, so you get what already works on day one. A new hire starts from scratch, needs training, and leaves with what they learned. With us you get a strategist, a proven playbook, and a team behind it, without salary, benefits, or turnover. If you do have a coordinator, we'll hand them the templates so they can move faster.

Yes. Brand and design projects can be booked on their own: one project, one scope, one contract. Email hello@maudehouse.com with what you need and we'll send you a quote.

Absolutely. Some teams want our thinking without a full retainer. We set up strategy sessions, on a regular schedule or as needed, where we talk through what your team needs. Any projects that come out of those conversations are quoted and billed one at a time.

Yes. After your 30-day Foundation Build, we work in six-month terms that renew automatically. If you'd like to stop, just tell us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date.

The course teaches the method: how to scale one source of content across every channel. Your plan is us running that method for you, built around your team. We bring the strategy, the original content, your listings, your brand, and the thinking behind all of it. The course hands you the playbook. The partnership hands you the team.

Your first 30 days. Before the monthly work begins, we audit your website, profiles, and socials, clean up your brand system, set up your files, build your foundational templates for marketing and listings, and map your first month's strategy. It is a one-time investment: $3,500 if your brand is in good shape, around $4,500 if it needs more cleanup. We confirm the number at your consultation. The Foundation Build makes the templates. Your monthly hours pay for the new work that goes into them every month.

No. The Foundation Build is paid on its own, before we start. Your monthly retainer isn't billed until that first month is done and your plan begins, then it's paid monthly, up front. So it is never everything at once: one payment to build the foundation, then a predictable monthly amount from month two.

We work like a law firm. You reserve our time and judgment each month, and we hold that time on our calendar for you. Our Marketing Menu shows what each piece takes, so you always know where your hours are going.

Time spent making your marketing: meetings, planning, writing, designing, and publishing. Vendor back-and-forth counts toward the project. Every task has a 30-minute minimum, and canceled meetings don't count.

The estimate is only as accurate as the answers that go into it. We'll talk it through at your consultation and agree on a number together. From there, we track every hour. If your plan runs over month after month, your next six-month term renews at the hours you actually use. That's what keeps your projects at the front of the line with fast turnaround. When a plan runs short on hours, turnaround slows down later in the month, and we don't want that for you.

We love being part of your team's story, but all our communication comes from our @maudehouse.com email addresses. It keeps our tracking and our team organized. We can't send from your company email or use your email signature.

No. Your hours are reserved on our calendar each month, so they don't carry over. We'll show you how many you've used as the month goes, so there are no surprises.

Yes, and we're transparent about it. We subscribe to what Cory Doctorow calls the "centaur" model of AI. In a centaur, the human leads and the technology serves. The reverse centaur is the opposite: the machine thinks, the human just executes. We are firmly on the centaur side. AI is built into how we work. We use it across strategy, copywriting, design, SEO, data analysis, and workflow automation. But the direction, the taste, and the decisions are always human. AI is a tool in our hands, not the other way around. AI speeds up a first draft. It doesn't do the research, your numbers, the strategy, the edits, or the design. That's where your hours go.

Of course. If your brokerage's marketing department handles some creative, your hours simply go to what helps you most: strategy, listings, blogs, or templates.

No. We focus on organic marketing: search, content, email, social, and listings. We're happy to design the creative for your ads and connect you with partner vendors who run them, often at preferred pricing.

Marketing Management

When someone searches your name, your market, or a question like "best neighborhoods for families on 30A," Google and AI tools look for sources they trust. A steady library of helpful, specific blogs on your site is one of the clearest ways to become that source. It builds your authority over time, gives your social and newsletter something worth sharing, and gives AI tools real answers to quote.

We write around what Google calls E-E-A-T: experience, expertise, authority, and trust. That means your real sales, your local knowledge, your credentials, and your clients' questions, not generic filler. Each blog answers real questions, links to your other pages, and includes an FAQ. This formula has earned first-page results for many of the searches we've targeted.

Some are good. The blog tools from platforms like Luxury Presence are solid. What they usually miss is your brand's look and your proof: your numbers, your wins, the details only you have. Ours are built to reinforce those every time. If your platform's blogs are working for you, great. Ours are for teams that want every piece to sound and look like them.

Honestly, it's a slow build. One blog rarely changes much. A consistent library over six to twelve months is what builds authority and rankings. It won't replace referrals or your sphere, but it makes you easier to find and easier to trust when someone looks you up.

No, and anyone who does is guessing. Google and AI tools change how they rank things all the time, and nobody controls them. What we can promise is a method that has worked well for our teams so far, and that we keep learning and adjusting as the rules change.

No. Blogs are optional, and skipping them lowers your hours. They do help your rankings and authority, so we recommend them. Without blogs, the Presence Audit, or social media, we'll focus your plan on other goals instead of search.

You can, and we'll always confirm we got it. But new projects, ideas, and strategy are best talked through at your strategy meeting, so we'll pick it up with you there. It's how we give every idea real thought instead of a rushed reply. It's also why meeting cadence matters: if you meet less often, plan to save up your ideas for those calls.

We review what's working, plan what's next, and talk through new projects and ideas. This is where new work starts, so it gets the thinking it deserves. Each meeting counts as one hour, including the write-up and follow-up. Canceled meetings don't count.

Social Media

We check your accounts about every other business day and reply to questions in your messages that haven't been opened. We don't do outreach, daily monitoring, or comment campaigns.

Yes, as an add-on to social media. We build simple keyword flows, like "comment LISTING and get the link," usually for listing posts. It's $250 a month for up to 4 flows. You set up and pay for your own ManyChat account and give us access. We don't build bigger automations or provide ManyChat reporting.

Leads can happen, but they aren't the goal, so we don't promise them. Team pages especially get fewer direct leads than a solo agent, because people follow people more than brands. That's not the job here. Your social is your walking resume: when a buyer, seller, or referral partner hears your name, they look you up. We make sure what they find is polished, active, and impossible to forget.

By default, we use your listing photo or a photo you send. If you'd like something custom, just ask and we'll take care of it.

Yes. Four posts a week is an option, and it changes your monthly social fee.

No. For video, we recommend a videographer and we're happy to connect you with one.

We swap it in. The new listing takes one of that week's post spots, and the post it replaced moves to a later date. It's already written, so nothing is wasted.

We do, with 2 business days' notice. Send us the open house details at least 2 business days ahead and we'll post a story from your template. Price improvements work the same way. Anything on shorter notice, your team can post from the same templates in a few minutes.

Not right now. Social works because of the strategy behind it, so it's only offered as an add-on.

Listing Marketing

Once your intake form is complete, listing copy can be ready in 1 business day. The full suite takes a minimum of 2 business days.

Usually not. The listing suite follows a set playbook. A property that needs its own strategy, brand system, and custom pieces is its own project, almost like launching a hotel. It takes more time and preparation, so timelines vary. It's quoted and billed separately from your retainer.

Your team, using the update templates in your suite. They're ready to swap and send the same day.

We plan for your usual number when we set your retainer. A month with far more than normal is billed for the extra, so every listing still gets a full launch.

Brand Management

If you already have a logo and a look, we refine them during your 30-day onboarding, audit everything including your socials, and build your starter templates.

Yes. That's a bigger job, so it's a separate one-time project. We'll talk it through, scope it, and send you a quote.

Twice a year, we audit every profile you have online and refresh each one so they all match and all shine: your website, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, your brokerage profile, and Google. Consistent, current profiles are a big signal for search rankings. We just need your latest numbers when we ask.

We have partner vendors who often give our clients preferred pricing. We'll design the piece, prepare the files, and manage the conversations with the vendor for you. That vendor time is included in the project's hours. The one thing we don't do is fulfill the order: your team places it and sees it through to delivery.

Good to know: This page is for general information only. Every team's plan and pricing are set individually. If you're working with Maude House, your signed Scope of Work and Master Services Agreement are what define your services, pricing, and terms. If anything here differs from those documents, your documents win.
